Yesterday afternoon, I headed to the Tenney Farm because we needed milk. After running the this errand, I decided to head for the former Robertson Farm (Joan’s cousin, Steve was the last proprietor).
The land is now owned by a fellow from Greenfield and rented out to a couple from Hancock who grow vegetables and pasture Scottish Highland cattle (for meat). This time of year they are down to three head (a bull and two cows).
I find this a peaceful place to unwind and thus visit often. Of course, I often make a few photos while I am there.
Gotta learn to read carefully as I thought it said, “Scottish Highland Castle!” I figured that would be the closest I’d ever come to seeing those castles! But the cattle was a nice alternative. Great news – I’m getting your announcements again!
