Fall Foliage – Wetland Edges

Columbus/Indigenous Peoples Day weekend is often the peak of fall foliage in the Monadnock region. This year is no exception.

These photos were made over two days last week, all within a few miles of our abode.

I concentrated on the margins of wetlands rather than the sweeping view of hill sides.

So beautiful. Thank you. Coming soon to Maryland.

You hit a treasure trove of foliage at Gregg’s Lake. I was planning on a two day excursion into NH and VT for covered bridges this weekend but the weather seems iffy. I can wait a bui before booking anything.
