Late this afternoon, Joan noticed a monarch butterfly on some sedum in the flower bed by our deck. Of course, I took the camera (rigged for odes) out to get a few photos.
I made forty six exposures in eight minutes before it flew off over the house. I searched of the flower beds in the front yard but did not find the monarch again.
