I don’t usually do this kind of post, so please excuse the interruption if this is ‘not your cup of tea’ as they say.
Yesterday, I installed an exhibit of photographs made with my camera obscura at the Tuttle Library here in Antrim. The exhibit will be on display until mid-June. The opening reception is 6:30 PM on 9 May and I’ll give an artist’s talk at 6:30 PM on 6 June.
I will be teaching a class on photography of odonates (dragonflies and damselflies) for the Harris Center on three consecutive Wednesdays in June the details can be found here on their website.
Associated with this course, I’ll be hanging an exhibit titled “Odes & Aves” in the Harris Center’s Babbitt Room. It will be on display starting on 4 June with an opening reception on 5 June at 6 PM.
I won’t be wishing you luck as your photography is not about luck – it’s skill and desire!
Too bad these events are so far for an old guy like me. I hope those attending will be as impressed with your odes as I have been over the years.
Joe
